1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the SecuRx network, including the generation, storage, or scanning of cryptographic prescription QR codes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must abstain from using the platform.
2. Platform Role & Medical Liability
SecuRx is exclusively a technology provider offering cryptographic data routing and Drug Utilization Review (DUR) telemetry. SecuRx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The responsibility for the accuracy of a prescription, dosage amounts, and clinical judgment rests entirely with the verified prescribing physician. Clinic admins retain their professional autonomy and legal obligation to verify patient identity before fulfilling prescriptions.
3. User Responsibilities
- A. Physicians: Must maintain an active PRC license and ensure their SecuRx account credentials (including 2FA tokens) are never shared.
- B. Clinic Admins: Must accurately log dispensing quantities into the network to maintain the integrity of the DUR engine and prevent patient harm.
- C. Patients: Are responsible for the physical and digital safekeeping of their generated QR codes. SecuRx is not liable for unauthorized dispensing resulting from a patient sharing their active QR code.
4. System Integrity & Forgery
Any attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or alter the dynamic UUIDs or cryptographic signatures generated by SecuRx is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account suspension and potential reporting to local law enforcement and health authorities.

1. Introduction
We are committed to protecting your personal and medical data. This policy outlines how we collect, process, cryptographically secure, and store your information when you use our decentralized prescription network. By accessing the SecuRx portal, you consent to the practices described in this document.
2. Information We Collect
- Medical Practitioners: Professional License Numbers (PRC), clinic affiliations, and digital signature data for identity verification.
- Patients: Name, contact information, known allergies, and active prescription records linked to dynamic UUIDs.
- Clinic Admins: Dispensing logs, terminal access locations, and override justification notes.
3. Cryptographic Data Handling
SecuRx does not distribute raw medical files over unverified channels. Instead, prescriptions are converted into a mathematically secure Universally Unique Identifier (UUID). The QR code provided to the patient contains only this encrypted identifier. Medical details are only decrypted and displayed when a verified clinic admin scans the code within our secure, authenticated portal.
4. Drug Utilization Telemetry
To prevent medication hoarding and abuse, SecuRx actively logs dispensing timestamps and refill counts. This telemetry is shared strictly between partnered clinics via the DUR engine to enforce "Max Refill" limits established by the prescribing physician.
5. Data Retention & System Audits
All prescription state changes (generation, scanning, dispensing, revocation) are recorded in an immutable ledger by the System Administrator. Data is retained for the period legally required by the Department of Health (DOH) before being securely archived or purged from active databases.
